Don’t leave your home to chance. Get an independent inspection to readily and quickly resolve issues, before they become costly and stressful for all parties.
Dispute Resolution
Our construction dispute resolution services assist in navigating contractual disagreements, offering mediation and expert advice to facilitate fair outcomes for all parties involved.
Sometimes all you need is a cool head in the room to determine the practical solution to the dispute and avoid time spent in court, or the stress in not-dealing with the issues at hand.
We provide mediation services for both builders, owner builders and home owners alike. As both sides can have issues communicating, particularly when emotions are high.
Insurance Inspections
We provide in-depth insurance construction work inspections, evaluating building defects and workmanship concerns while supporting insurers, property owners, and contractors throughout the rectification process.
Detailed defect reports are supplied to capture necessary rectification works to meet current Australian Standards and the National Construction Code and QBCC standards and tolerances.
Contract Reviews
Our construction plan and contract reviews ensure that designs are practical and buildable, identifying potential issues early and improving project viability.
If you have some reservations about some items in your drawings or the contract terms, or the terms have suddenly changed, its best to seek advice BEFORE signing.

We prepare detailed expert reports and independent assessments that offer clear, evidence-based insights for legal proceedings and insurance assessments.
Our inspections are backed by over 20 years experience and further studies in Building Surveying.
